| a) You just need to spend a minimum of RM100 at our online store or our retail boutiques at Bandar Puchong Jaya and TTDI. Every RM100 spent will entitle you to one (1) entry form. You can make as many entries as you wish. |
| b) Fill up the form (photocopy is not allowed) and enclose a proof that you are a ‘Fabulous Mom’ by sending us a picture of you with your vehicles (with our car sticker being displayed) or with you using our eco shopping bag. The more creative your picture is, the highest the chance for you to win the fabulous prizes. The picture can also be taken together with any of your family members, especially your wonderful husband and cute baby. |
